In a world flooded with opinions, hot takes, and intellectualism that often stops short of transformation, Love in Action invites us to move beyond dialogue and into embodiment. We gather weekly to explore current events through the lens of Understanding Love 22—a set of liberatory initiatives committed to:

• Committing to decolonization

• Raising awareness around equity

• Promoting creativity

• Incorporating the A.U.R.A. framework (Accept, Understand, Reflect, Act)​

Using the A.U.R.A. framework, each episode unpacks a real-world situation with care, consciousness, and intention. We start by Accepting the present, Understanding its roots, Reflecting on our roles, and then identifying meaningful Actions we can take to shape a just, more loving future.

We’ll be joined by guests, invite audience members into the conversation, and co-create a brave space where love is not just felt—but practiced. This is about building personal and collective accountability while taking practical steps to improve the world around us.
